Through products installed by Art of Air, we offer you both an Art of Air warranty, and a manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
We supply and fit LG, Panasonic and Daikin air conditioning products. Each provides a manufacturer’s warranty from between 2 and 10 years, depending on the product purchased. Air conditioning units are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty under the parts and labour warranty section. This covers the repair and replacement of component parts of any air conditioning system purchased if a problem arises within the life of the warranty. These parts may include the compressor, PC boards and fan motors, to name a few examples.
To avail of this warranty, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us to resolve any issue with your installed AC unit. As for warranty agents for LG, Panasonic and Daikin, we will aim to get you the advice you need as you need it.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover issues relating to poorly serviced or poorly maintained units where: the filters have not been cleaned, the compressor has a build-up of debris, water damage has occurred or any other issue which over time lead to diminished functioning or malfunctioning of the air conditioning unit. We advise our customers to regularly service their units. Please read our care guidelines for maintaining optimal function of your installed air conditioning unit. These can be found on the FAQ section of our website.
We also offer maintenance packages and advise you on how regularly you should service your air conditioning unit.
Art of Air Warranty
Installation
All Art of Air installations of AC Units come with a 12-month Art of Air installation warranty. This gives you cover in the unlikely event of an installation defect.
The Art of Air warranty does not cover issues related to poor maintenance of your system. Please read & follow our care guidelines for your air conditioning system or contact us to Book a Service.
Be advised that defects relating to the air conditioning system uncovered at the point of installation are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and not the Art of Air’s warranty.
